Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and sealed.

Opened skincare items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once approved, the customer may need to send the product back using a courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Method
